Meet Fustercluck and help MusiCares®

What was that you said? Fustercluck? Who on earth is Fustercluck?

Well, Fustercluck is a new production company set up by our good friend, music co-ordinator, and conductor for The Who, Keith Levenson. Go visit Fustercluck’s website fustercluckmusic.com and see some great parody videos and other cool stuff which they have created. But here’s the deal . . . Fustercluck is currently giving a portion of the proceeds from their fabulous and uber-cool merchandise to MusicCares® in support of unemployed musicians and their families.

In these very trying times, out-of-work musicians need all the help they can get. And it’s not just the musicians, it’s everyone who is involved in putting on rock shows, pop shows, country music shows, classical concerts, in fact all those people working in the music industry, including the various road crews, the lighting guys, the sound engineers, all the tech crews, the video crews, the trucking crews, the bus drivers, security people, the travel and freight guys, and last but certainly not least, all those fabulous teams of people who come in once the show is over and clean the place up afterwards so that the following night’s show can go ahead.

But don’t take our word for it. Here’s Fustercluck’s very own Keith Levenson talking with Roger Daltrey about how fans can help.

Fustercluck’s website is here and their merchandise store can be found right here.

MusiCares® Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 1989 and incorporated in 1993 by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences®. Meant for musicians to have a place to turn to in times of financial, personal, or medical crisis, its primary purpose is to focus the resources and attention of the music industry on human service issues which directly impact the health and welfare of the music community.

  1. Yes, yes, and another yes, Musicians…especially professional musicians need to get back to work. People need them like they need food. They’re ESSENTIAL workers. Their engagement and involvement in their respective communities are still in big demand. Not only in the UK, but also in the USA, Europe, Africa, Asia…around the world. Music is knowledge, wisdom, guidance, education and peace. Music is pro life and cares for unity between all parties involved.
