The Who Back at Madison Square Garden this Sunday September 1st
As Joni Mitchell put it so succinctly, we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden . . .
Well, The Who are getting themselves back to the garden. Fifty years after the iconic band took to the stage at Woodstock in August ’69, they really will be back at the Garden.
The Who have added a return Madison Square Garden show in New York City on September 1st to kick off the fall leg of their much heralded 2019 North American MOVING ON! TOUR. Each performance is supported by a 48-piece local symphony orchestra. Get your tickets for Madison Square Garden (and for all the other fall shows) right here.

Attended Who concerts in Toronto for over 30 years, have never missed them. Purchased tickets over a year ago for the most recent tour stop that was rescheduled because of a cancellation. Waited a long time for this show and neither one of them thanked the crowd for coming out. Show ended Roger left, and Pete screamed an obscenity. A little disappointed. Please allow me to thank you and wish you both nothing but a fantastic second half of this tour. Be well.
The Who WAS my background music in High School!! Blasting out in my parents house, my bedroom rocked of sounds of The Who, esp. Quadrophenia!!!!!! Rock On!!!!!
Unbelievable concert last night at Jones Beach!! especially liked the addition of the orchestra. Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are true legends. Thanks for keeping on. I was able to bring my sons who are in their twenties to the show. Half a century of great music.
