Record Store Day 2026. The Who announce their vinyl release!

Record Store Day 2026 will soon be here! The one day of the year when over 300 independent record shops across the UK come together to celebrate their unique culture.

To mark the occasion, The Who are releasing a special exclusive of A Quick One on limited-edition green and orange colour vinyl 💿 You can pick up your copy on Saturday 18 April from your local participating indie record shop. The new 2-LP Record Store Day edition of A Quick One is in glorious mono, mastered from the original mixes by Jon Astley at Close To The Edge. As well as the original album, there is a second disc of bonus tracks including all the tracks from the Ready Steady Who! EP plus single releases, different mixes and instrumental versions. Masters cut by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. Design and Art by Richard Evans. Sleeve notes by Chris Stamp, 1995. Track-by-track notes by Chris Charlesworth, Richard Evans and Andy Neill.
