A fan since I first saw The Who aged 15 (me not them !) in 1982.
It was great to be part of the ocean on this shitty world we live in last night Pete!

What a really great gig in Amsterdam! I´m a fan for many years but I´ve never seen them live before – only on TV and DVD. Pete and Roger are amazing musicians from past times – just as Rory Gallagher and many others. I love their music!

    Greetings from Germany

I went to Amsterdam by train on Friday, it took over 7 hours, got lost in the city, I was alone, it was hot and it was really not funny…

But what I experienced that evening was worth everything. I have read all comments and replies before. But I didn´t expect this. Thank you guys for this show. Compliments also to all the people in the background who make something like this possible.

I can´t even find the right words in german to tell my friends what I felt. How should I do it in english? I guess everybody who was there knows what I mean. This was the first time that I saw The Who. I hope it was not the last time. I wish you all the best. Stay healthy. And thank you for being with me with your music nearly every day in my life 😡

My daughter Gillian and boyfriend Sven suprIsed me by purchasing us three tickets for the Ziggo dome. Vintage Trouble were superb and the vocalist was really special and I expect great things to come.
This was the third time that I had seen the Who as I was lucky enough to attend both Charlton gigs in 1974 and 1976 and was blown away as they used footage of the 1974 gig for Bell Boy. The sound in the Ziggo dome was excellent though I loved the jet engine sound of the Charlton gigs. The who were great and their new drummer would have made Keith Moon proud.

I always keep a short list of bands I would love to see. On number one for quite a while was The Who. Finally after some years I got the chance to go to the Amsterdam concert. What an incredible evening it was… absolutely amazing. As a bonus they played my favorite CD, with a couple of well known songs as an extra.
And yes, there were some minor technical problems (guitar out of tune), and yes Roger had some difficulties hitting the really high notes (Love reign)… but man… after all these years, they still rock hard!!!!! plus they know how to create a incredible dynamite atmosphere. Goosebumps all over, out of my mind, I can tell you that. Absolutely worth mentioning is the drummer who is definitely the best musician on stage, every note was a hit. The Who, many many thanks for this rollercoaster experience.

When I first discovered The Who, there was this special click and I knew there was just no going back. Seeing them live became a dream of mine from then on, especially if they’d play what might be my favorite album ever. I’ve been waiting for so long, and last friday the day was finally there. Whether it was worth the waiting isn’t even a question. The Who has never ever let me down, so I knew I was going to get my gig soon or later. And I did!
The times I’ve spent staring at pictures, watching films, documentaries, visiting the site, talking about them, hanging posters on my wall, and of course listening to their records, in a way it turned into pure gold that night. I was born too late, and so with my 18 years I’m so so happy I still have this, in this shitty world as Pete said, and the concert proved it all! It was without a doubt the best thing ever to me!
Thanks so much guys, the least I could say!
The best, and hopefully till next time! (:
