Im such a die hard WHO fan and Ive been waiting for The WHO to tour Florida because I live in Florida. I hope there will be Florida dates so I can get to see The Who in Concert. That would be so awesome to see The WHO tour Florida.

I was reading the VIP itinerary and it mentioned access to the band soundcheck. Is there any meet & greet or photo opportunity that goes with it?
Am I missing something about this “retirement tour”, however, are The Who to continue this tour with a farewell tour of the UK and Europe, I hope so.
Mark Rawlinson
I would recommend “pure and easy” and/or “water” as a special fan choice for the Italy concerts 😁

I purchased 2 tickets for the Ultimate package. When will I get details re: how/when we can access the perks? I.e.. entrance to sound check, exclusive shopping, snacks etc.

I think it is Joe Perry Project. It would be the logical thing to open both LA shows. I’ll be at the Sept 19th show too
Please please please play London. It’s where you started from after all.
Saw The Who

I heard Billy Idol was opening for them at Madison Square Garden. This says it’s Feist. Can you confirm who is opening at that concert?
I will be attending the Boston show. Please play Getting in Tune, this will be my 5th time seeing you and never heard that song live.
1st night of the Who’s tour in Sunrise, Fla
Excellent show, Roger’s voice sounds the same as 50 yrs ago and great on harmonica. No throwing of the Mike, which I would have loved but let’s face it, we’re all getting “ on with age”
Pete was great voice wonderful, brother Simon accompanied them. Truly iconic incredible talent
JPP FOR THE 19-Sep show please. With Aidan Rixx in support.
I hope that there will be a tour of Europe and UK after the US and Canada in ada tour. I hope you tour the football stadiums in London Birmingham Manchester Newcastle and Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Please do not forget Brussels/Werchter and Amsterdam.
Hope I see you all one last time.
Hope it happens. We will just be left with the Rolling Stones.
Prefer The Who.
Thanks a million. Everything will pale into insignificance from now on.
JPP for the 9/19 show please
Saw the boys in June 1974 at MSG. One of, if not the best show that I’d ever seen. Tickets were $6.50 for really great seats. I call that a Bargin, the best I’d ever had!
Looking forward to LA.
I’m sitting in my kitchen @ 5am, getting up for work after having returned @ 1am from Chicago’s United Center. The Sunday evening September 7th performance was absolutely stellar. Amazing lighting & visuals in tribute to the band’s history with non-stop images of The Ox & Moon The Loon, though the performance was not without it’s hiccups. Roger sang absolutely wonderfully, very very strong voice but lost his temper a couple times with the sound mix in his IEM (or wedge monitors). Right after “See Me, Feel Me,” he stormed back & forth across the stage, yanked out his earpiece & said the sound was like singing in a tin can. Roger’s at the point where if the technical issues interfere, he gets p**sed & stops the song. (The last show with Zak Starkey featured a similar eruption of anger.) During “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” a quick blast of feedback really got him through his IEM. He reacted angrily. There were several songs that had false starts. Pete goofed and began “My Generation” in a higher key, stopped, then restarted in a step lower key; “Tea & Theatre” had three false starts. Pete asked the audience if they wanted their money back (“I would,” said Roger) then later said when they fuck things up, we ought to pay extra. After 2 false starts of “Tea & Theatre,” including Roger’s mic falling from the stand & hitting the stage floor (“BOOM!”), Pete said we now should pay “extra extra!” This brought a humor and a humanity to the performance that was beautiful. This music means so much to me. I grew up listening to it & with every song, I had a flashback from long ago. These classics trigger great memories. To see The Who perform “The Song Is Over” almost brought me to tears, like I was losing a close friend. Thank you Pete, Roger, John & Keith for being part of the soundtrack to my life. Last night was the 47th anniversary of Keith Moon’s passing. As Pete said on stage, Moon was a superb drummer but not a good liver. He didn’t live long enough. Amen.
Saw them last night at The Hollywood Bowl. Absolutely amazing. Daltrey still hits all the notes, Townsend is still as incredible as he always was. They may have aged physically but you would never know it if you hadn’t been told.
