ROGER ‘URGES PUBLIC TO SUPPORT TROOPS’

THE WHO star ROGER DALTREY is urging the British public to put aside reservations about the war in Afghanistan and throw their full support behind the troops fighting there, according to the Sun Newspaper..
 
The rocker is due to play a charity concert in the U.K. (September 12th) to benefit soldiers injured in the conflict, as well as the families of those killed in battle.
 
…Daltrey is adamant Britons need to forget the political aspect of the war and focus on helping the brave men and women who fight for their country, says the Sun.
