Thursday, October 16 to Sunday, October 19, 2014

Pack your bags and join us on the East Coast for the grand opening of Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp at Foxwoods Resort Casino! Coming to celebrate our newest expansion is none other than The Who’s Roger Daltrey!

“I feel quite passionate that anything that encourages people in music, just to see people with enthusiasm having fun even though they’re all different abilities… rise to the occasion, it’s fantastic!” Roger Daltrey – The Who

Roger Daltrey, lead singer of one of the most iconic bands, will be rocking out with campers at the Rock’n’Roll Fantasy Camp at Foxwood Resort Casino from Thursday, October 16 to Sunday, October 19, 2014 right before his take-off for The Who Hits 50! British Tour. Roger will meet up with each band in the Fantasy Camp rehearsal studios with words of advice and encouragement and be there to introduce Sunday night’s closing show.

And not only that: as a participant in this Rock ’n’ Roll Fantasy Camp you will be helping Teen Cancer America raise all-important funding for teen cancer units for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Mass and Yale Cancer Center, Conn.

In addition to Roger Daltrey, the camp is packed with rockers from some of the greatest bands including Simon Kirke (Bad Company), Rick Derringer, David Hull (Aerosmith), Joe Vitale (CSN & Joe Walsh), along with guitar geniuses Johnny A and Gary Hoey! And many more to be announced!

With our Headliner Package, per your request, our musical coordinator will be in touch with you in advance and prepare you for an experience of a lifetime by reviewing your musical desires and skills to make sure you are ready to go when camp begins. Once you are placed in a band, throughout the 4 days our Rock Star Counselors will mentor you and your band mates, you will attend master classes, write and record an original song, themed jam sessions, and daily Q&As with rockers. On the first night of camp, Foxwoods and RRFC are teaming up for a Grand Opening Night Party, with special intimate concert appearances from our Rock Star Counselors! There will be two public performances at Foxwoods. On Saturday the performances will be held at The Atrium Lounge and on Sunday, the final night performance in front of your family and friends will be at the Fox Theater.

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp’s multi-day camps were created for musicians of all levels of any instrument including drums, keyboard, guitar, bass, and vocals. RRFC provides all instruments and backline but campers are encouraged to bring their own instruments with them. Space for Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp is extremely limited.
