Pete Townshend celebrates Tommy preview night with the cast at the Stratford Festival
The audience at the Stratford Festival in Canada got an extra thrill during the curtain call of at a preview of Des MacAnuff’s production of TOMMY when Pete Townshend strode onto the stage last night and joined the cast.
It was quite a night.
For Pete Townshend, Tommy has truly been, as the Who song says, an “amazing journey”. He talks about The Who’s Tommy in the Toronto Star.
